I’m Lisa, owner of Experience Fitness. My dream since entering the fitness industry over 15 years ago, was to own my own studio where every member and client counts. Personal training is my passion. Seeing numerous clients journey with me to achieve their goals and enhance their confidence has been so rewarding.
Whether you want to tone up, lose weight, de stress, or improve your core, then personal training is for you.
Additionally, having trained pre and post natally with each of my three children (and while breast feeding), I have not only qualifications but first hand experience in this type of training. I am delighted to have parents attend with their babies as I know the limits children can put on time. I also run pre and post natal small group classes (as well as one to one). Sessions vary depending on individual goals but are always fun, challenging and varied. I believe in, and promote, a healthy balanced lifestyle with no need for extremes or obsessions with scales. Sessions are usually 30 minutes and are affordable.
