It involves controlled movements to strengthen the core and engages both body & mind. After just a number of sessions you should feel stronger & more supple, and be well on your way to a flatter stomach, tighter buttocks, & leaner legs.

It is a class to suit all levels of fitness from complete beginners to sports professionals. There are many reasons why all the top models & sporting heroes are doing it. It works!
